Charlotte green will do the following:
Organize meeting with neighborhood to set up program
Provide plants, topsoil, mulch, fertilizer, construction materials and any soil amendments as needed
Provide technical assistance and instruction concerning:
plant and seed ordering
soil testing
weed control
gardening methods and maintenance
Help locate garden sites and provide site design
Enlist the support of community groups, city agencies and private businesses
Help design and maintain program budget
Help with fundraising
Schedule and make arrangements for site preparation
Provide technical evaluation and monitoring of the success of the program
Provide evaluation an monitoring of the success of the program
Enforce rules, regulations, and guidelines of program |
